LaMar’s reaction is that the look had absolutely nothing to do with politics, and was only about speaking about her function as RIT’s CERV coordinator.
She alleges that on April 29, her supervisor advised her Rep. Morelle named administration at RIT and “attempted to use his place to terminate my employment.”
She claims she was reprimanded, “due to his fake accusation that I blended RIT’s organization with my job as a Legislator.”
LaMar then claims her supervisor viewed the movie and advised the administration that she sought permission before going on the clearly show. She claims, “It was found that there was no violation of enterprise coverage.”
Her complaint alleges Rep. Morelle violated Section 14 of the Official Code of Ethics for the 116th Congress, which states:
“A member could not with the intent to influence an work determination or employment exercise of any non-public entity. The member can not consider or withhold, or give or threaten to take or withhold, an formal act. The member can not impact, or provide or threaten to affect, the formal act of one more.”
