For these who are not able to receive a exam following 7 days, Matrix Healthcare will return to Mies Campus in September to offer supplemental tests options. Additional facts about individuals dates will be produced out there shortly. Again, if you have previously submitted evidence of latest exam results you can disregard this information. Pupils, faculty, and personnel are also free of charge to safe a COVID-19 exam at any facility of their selecting and to submit evidence of their test final results by way of Med+Proctor in the situation of pupils or to Viktoria Rill in Human Methods ([email protected] / 312.567.3353) in the case of college and employees.

College students who are residing on campus are expected to submit documentation that they have been examined for COVID-19 by Monday, August 24. Important workers at present functioning on campus are also envisioned to post their documentation by August 24. College students who are registered for in-class instruction and/or approach to go to campus are anticipated to post their documentation by September 4. Non-critical staff members who will be returning to campus starting off on September 8 are envisioned to post their documentation by September 4. Team starting soon after the 7 days of September 8 are predicted to post their documentation no fewer than 5 days prior to their start off day. Importantly for learners, Matrix Clinical will be uploading their documentation to Med+Proctor, and students will not have to have to do this after taking their check. Matrix Clinical will also post faculty and team test benefits straight to HR.

Thank you for your cooperation. Please email [email protected] with any concerns.
